Our first Affordable Apartment, Rosslyn Terrace, opened in April of 2012. Ottewell Terrace began welcoming tenants in July 2015 and Sakaw Terrace opened in November 2018. These buildings have a variety of one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites to choose from. Utilities and cable TV are also offered for a reasonable rate.
