Lauderdale Terrace

GEF is redeveloping Lauderdale Homes into Lauderdale Terrace. It will allow us to offer 37 housing units of rent geared to income for seniors 65 years of age and older in a new development that blends in with the existing neighbourhood.

The new Lauderdale complex, located at 129 Avenue and 103 Street, is made up of two buildings – a three-storey, 27-unit apartment-style building and a second building made up of 10 single-level, row-style units. There will be a lovely courtyard in between the two buildings, and the project is seniors-friendly, pet-friendly and environmentally-friendly.

Construction on the 10 row-style units is in progress. The modular units have been delivered and installed on site. Now, crews are finishing work in the units and installing appliances and window coverings. The units are planned to be move-in ready in January 2022. The three-story building is expected to be completed later in 2022.

We are accepting applications for Lauderdale Terrace and applicants will be put on a waiting list. Click here to fill out an application.
