Honorary Gifting
Hosting an event in honor of someone special is a heartfelt way to celebrate their impact and legacy. Whether you’re marking a milestone, celebrating a loved one, or remembering someone dear, organizing a fundraiser for GEF Seniors Housing allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in our community.
If you are celebrating a personal milestone – a birthday, anniversary, graduation or retirement -consider asking your guests to make a donation to GEF Seniors Housing in your honour in lieu of gifts. Its a great way to show your support for and involve others in our vision to create vibrant affordable communities for seniors.
Charity of Choice
The Charity of Choice initiative allows companies to make a direct and impactful contribution to GEF Seniors Housing. By choosing us, you are making a significant difference in our senior community. This initiative not only supports our organization financially but also fosters a spirit of social responsibility and strengthens community bonds.
Starlight Casino and Grand Villa Casino voted GEF Seniors Housing as the Charity of the Month for May and made a donation of $500 towards GEF Seniors Housing’s Quality of Life funds.
Boilermakers Local 146 donated the proceeds from their annual fundraiser to GEF Seniors Housing’s Quality of Life Fund.
Do It Yourself Fundraiser
