Every day, GEF Seniors Housing provides quality, accessible, and affordable housing and life enrichment services for nearly 4,000 low to moderate-income seniors.
We are proud of the work we do, but with almost 1000 seniors still waiting for affordable housing and supportive services, we need your help.
Providing safe and comfortable housing is just the first step. GEF Seniors Housing believes in genuinely improving Quality of Life for seniors. We do this by keeping rent and service fees affordable for low to moderate-income seniors, maintaining our buildings and grounds, and providing programs and services that contribute to the well-being of every senior who calls a GEF community home.
Government funding provides basic accommodations and essential services. We need your help to provide programs and services that enrich the lives of seniors by improving their mental, social, and physical well-being and creating a sense of relationship with the community at large.

Did you know that GEF seniors generously knit and donate thousands of items to local charities? Using yarn donated by the community, residents and tenants knit throughout the year, creating a fabulous array of hats, mitts, scarves, and blankets.
