Planting Days 2025

Planting Days is a chance for corporate and community partners to give back while connecting with the nearly 3,800 seniors we serve. Help us to rejuvenate our outdoor spaces which will be enjoyed all summer at fairs, barbeques, and community events.

Ways to Get Involved:
🌱 Volunteer – Help us maintain our gardens throughout the summer.
🌿 Donate – Our seniors need more raised planter boxes and supplies to keep gardening.
💚 Support – Businesses have contributed refreshments, garden supplies, and funds to make this campaign a success.

Support Seniors in Need

Give where it matters most and help us make a difference! Your donations help GEF to support seniors—many of whom are coming from precarious situations—continue to maintain their dignity notwithstanding the journeys that have brought them to our doors. Whether you choose to donate to a specific site or to our Quality of Life Fund for seniors most in need, your support ensures seniors that need extra support have a place that truly feels like home.

Your donations help to provide:
🛏️ New mattresses, beds, and basic home furnishings such as chairs, side tables, and lamps for a comfortable start.
🍽️ Kitchen essentials, dishes, and cookware for daily living.
💙 Support where it’s needed most.
